Who will be able to create an account in the knowledge base?
Academic employees and doctoral students will be eligible to create an account.
Will the deposited materials be available for anyone to download and use?
The deposited materials will be available for anyone to download and use in accordance with the license granted by the author.
Will the author's chosen license apply to all of his publications, or will each publication require a separate license?
Each publication will require a separate license.
Will it be possible to deposit articles from the daily press?
It will be possible to deposit articles from the daily press, only publications from scientific journals, publications from peer-reviewed conference proceedings, scientific monographs, chapters from scientific monographs, dissertations and research data will be collected and made available.
Who will enter the publications into the system?
Publications will be entered into the system by the editor of the repository or the author, as long as he or she has his or her researcher profile in the Knowledge Base.
Will it be possible to remove the deposited publications?
The ability to remove deposited publications will be given, only in justified cases, to the editors of the repository.
Will publications embargoed by the publisher be able to be included in the Knowledge Base?
Publications embargoed by the publisher will be able to be found in the Knowledge Base, but will not be visible to users until the embargo period expires.
What is the expected rate of data openness?
The data shared will be compliant with the 5-Star Open Data standard, most at level 4 or 5.
